Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Copy optimisation for content marketing
  2. Curate research design and write blog articles for press releases
  3. Write ad copies for online ads and social media campaigns and develop newsletter copies
  4. Write website copy
  5. Perform research and outreach
  6. Create effective and engaging graphics
  7. Online reputation management

Requirements

  1. Excellent writing and editing skills
  2. Familiarity with the web and keywords and #hashtags
  3. Familiarity with social media channels and their audience
  4. understanding of marketing concepts and principles
  5. ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work
  6. Ad-hoc tasks where required
  7. Knowledge on real-estate would be helpful
  8. Software and tech skills:
    • Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word – Essential
    • Video Editing Software – Preferred
    • Should know how to use online applications like Mail Chimp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

Benefits

  1. Salary: Hourly wages and an additional performance based pay. Travel expenses covered during the internship period

The company is now expanding and is looking for bright individuals who are happy to explore, experiment and add value to the company’s status and work. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator. As a sales negotiator, you will develop a deep understanding of our respective areas, changing the face of sales and lettings of both residential and commercial properties as we move into the future.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential buyers and secure maximum quality viewings, valuation, financial services appointments and leads. 
  • Pitching for new properties of multiple developers in our portfolio
  • Meeting with potential buyers
  • Liaising with legal and financial advisors to ensure smooth transaction with clients
  • Efficient relationship management to facilitate smooth sales process
  • reaching and trying to exceed sales targets
  • Client reporting and completion of handovers
  • Manage marketing of properties through suitable channels

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a drive to over achieve targets
  • Should be able to evidence previous sales experience including valuing and listing properties
  • Should be able to generate your own leads in addition to the ones passed on
  • Hold a full valid driving license and access to your own vehicle

Software and Tech Skills

  • CRM- Pipedrive
  • MS excel
